I can't be the only one!

I can't be the only one out there that feels lost right now. There is no reason to feel this way. I can do anything I want, be who ever I want to be, but at the sametime I feel lost. I have n drive to do anything. This computer is killing me, I have so many things that I could be doing, but yet I still come back to the computer and I can sit here all day long. Maybe by writing it will help me to get out of myself and take a stand on what I really should be doing right now and not look at the computer. I love going on Pintest and looking at the "Abandoned" homes or castles. I wonder why these building that are so beautiful are just there and why no one has done anything about them.
So why is this place empty? Why has no one done something with this building to make it look Beautiful again. Or this one:
How Beautiful is this place? It could be so Beautiful if someone fix it up. Bed and Breakfast place. Everyday more Abandoned homes are posted and people seem to just take pictures and not do anything with them.
We can't forget what is going on at the "Dunham Castle"? What are you doing with the castle? I drove by it like I have for years and now 2015 it is all boarded up and the trees that were all around this beautiful castle are gone. What is going on with this castle?

I wish someone would post something on what is going on!

Today was a Great day,

Until you lose the one you love. When you enter and you don't here him calling out to to you anymore. How I miss you so much! It's not fair that the only thing you cared about is gone. I so wish you were here, so I could watch you ride and jump like you did. Or when you would push me from behind to make me walk faster. When I would sit on your back I knew how much you love to show me the things you knew. I miss those days feeding you the carrots and apples or making homemade treats for you and boy did you love your treats. I remember you would get so upset when I didn't have treats for you. Campton I miss you so much and I hope you know that. Thanks for sharing part of your life with me, the happy and sad days. I love you!

MAKE YOUR OWN “RESORT QUALITY” LIQUID HAND SOAP FOR PENNIES!

Whenever I go to our local thrift store…I’m always drawn to the room with all the health and beauty odds and ends because they have a big basket FULL of wonderful smelling soaps, lotions, shampoos and conditionersthat come from fancy resorts and hotels in the area. (There are a lot around here, trust me!)
The little bottles of lotion are the perfect size for keeping in your purse, the shampoos and conditioners are great for travelling (unless you’re staying in a fancy hotel, then you’re already covered) and the soaps (about .10 cents each), I have discovered, are perfect for making great-smelling liquid hand soap!
While I was working on the boys bathroom “mini-makeover” I came across a really old bottle of Dial liquid hand soap tucked in a drawer. I realized the new set-up called for a nice, new bottle of soap, but I just can’t bring myself to throw away perfectly good containers! So I decided it was time to try my hand at making one of the few homemade solutions I haven’t tried yetliquid hand soap (then refilling the bottle I already had with it).

I’m sure many of you reading this have seen “recipes” for making your own liquid hand soap from bar soap before…so this isn’t anything new. Truthfully, when I’m in the kitchen I usually just use a drop or two of dishwashing liquid because it’s what’s “handy”, but it’s not so great for your hands. The “hotel” soaps, however, are usually labelled as “facial bars”, so I figure if they’re gentle enough for your face…they’ve got to be nice for your hands too. And did I mention how NICE they smell?? :-)

The method for making your own liquid hand soap could NOT be any easier.

All you need to do is grate the soap (I actually put mine in the blender)…dissolve it on the stove in hot, distilled water (be patient, it takes awhile), add some glycerin which helps moisturize the skin, and wait. About 24 hours is what I’ve found to be ideal.
Liquid Hand Soap Recipe
(1) 8 oz. bar of soap, grated (or equivalent of smaller sized bars…I used 6 ‘hotel-sized’ bars)
Note:  if you are “allergic” to grating…you can also stick it in a food processor or blender, you can melt soap in the microwave, or SEE NICOLE’S COMMENT BELOW! Great idea!
2 Tablespoons glycerine (found in pharmacy. It’s over-the-counter but I had to ask the pharmacist)
1 gallon water (doesn’t HAVE to be distilled, but using distilled or purified water will make the soap more effective and keep it smelling fresher, longer.)
Then you will have approximately 1 gallon of some of the nicest liquid hand soap you’ve ever used.

After it had cooled, I gave it a good whisking (you can also use a mixer) because it will thicken quite a bit overnight……

….and poured it into these mason jars for storage. Now all I have to do when I run out is take the top off my DIY Mason Jar Soap Dispenser and pop it onto another jar.

I just love Horses!

I love this picture, I am happy I was not the one who took this picture. I might not be around today to tell you how much I love it.

This is my other horse KC, who I love and miss! She loved to run fast and some times I would let her bu it really scared me.

Can you believe people do this! This is really great art! It looks like Campton!

Another one that I really enjoy! I care for 150 horses at the barn I work at and this one is one of the Best I have every seen!
